Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader in the United States (New Jersey) to oversee branch performance and team development. You will lead a high-performing unit, drive service excellence, and play a key role in growing the business while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards.

The role requires strong revenue-driving experience, P&L oversight, and mentorship skills. A company vehicle is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within first 90 days (company paid).
• 5-7 years of multi-operational or sales management experience with a results-driven company.
• 5-7 years of P&L responsibility experience and understanding of expense control.
• 5-7 years of customer relations experience.
• 5-7 years of operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel 25% of the time for branch office visits.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and accept feedback.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
