Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to architect a high-performing team delivering world-class pest management services. You will lead a branch, drive revenue, manage P&L, and mentor staff within a climate of strong operating standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• 5–7 years of multi-operational or sales management experience with a results-driven company.
• 5–7 years of P&L responsibility experience and an acute understanding of expense control strategies.
• 5–7 years of demonstrated customer relations experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in operations or sales management with a results-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after a 90-day training period.
• Travel to branch offices for visits ~25% of the time.
• Relocate within the division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire the team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and motivate the team with regular check-ins and accountability.
