Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader in the United States to architect and grow a high-performing branch team. You will lead training, recruit and coach staff, drive revenue, and ensure strong service delivery while balancing expenses and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of multi-operational or sales management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and expense control.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.
• Proven revenue growth in home services.

Responsabilités

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel to branch offices 25% of the time.
• Be willing to relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Showcase operational skills with P&L management and growth investments.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies for vehicles.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach.
• Drive sales initiatives and results.
• Identify best practices and cost savings in operations.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership on hiring, promotions, succession and performance decisions.
• Promote positive employee relations and high morale.
• Maintain knowledge in pest, termite, sales and operational management.
