Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader in New Jersey to build a high-performing branch team that delivers world-class service for a trusted industry leader with 120+ years of experience.

You will drive revenue growth, lead staff, manage P&L, and collaborate with senior leadership. Travel up to 25% and potential relocation within the division are part of the role. Orkin offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue for a Home Services company.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• 5–7 years: Multi-operational or sales management experience in a results-driven company.
• 5–7 years: P&L responsibility and expense-control strategies.
• 5–7 years: Demonstrated customer relations experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a branch after completing 90 days of training.
• Travel to branch offices up to 25% of the time.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire the team to deliver top-notch service and improve continually.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and balance growth investments with margins.
• Ensure compliance with laws and vehicle policies.
• Recruit, mentor, evaluate and coach staff.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership on hiring and promotions.
• Promote positive employee relations and uphold operating standards.
