Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to build and guide a high-performing branch team, driving revenue growth and ensuring top-notch pest management service.

The role requires field leadership, training, and relocation flexibility within the division, with responsibilities spanning hiring, coaching, and strategic execution to meet company targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record driving revenue for a Home Services company.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Experience managing a branch and leading field teams.
• 5–7 years of multi-operational or sales management experience with a results-driven company.
• 5–7 years of P&L responsibility experience and an understanding of expense control strategies.

Responsabilités

• Assume leadership of a branch location after completing an initial 90 days of training.
• Be willing to travel in the field for branch office visits 25% of the time.
• Be able to relocate within the division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and commit to continual improvement.
• Drive revenue generation and growth, motivating the team through daily check-ins and accountability for results.
• Showcase operational skills with experience in managing P&L and balancing growth with expense margins.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach your staff.
• Drive sales initiatives and results.
• Identify best practices, cost savings and improved customer service initiatives.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR on hiring, promotions, succession planning, and performance decisions.
• Promote positive employee relations and uphold operating standards.
• Maintain technical industry knowledge in pest management and operational management.
