Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to build a high-performing team and drive world-class service within a legacy pest management leader. You will lead branch operations, manage P&L, and grow revenues while fostering a winning culture.

This role requires travel about 25%, relocation within division geography for advancement, and 90-day training before assuming branch leadership. The company provides a vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years: multi-operational or sales management experience.
• 5-7 years: P&L responsibility and expense control strategies.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Proven customer relations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after completing an initial 90 days of training.
• Travel in the field for branch office visits ~25% of the time.
• Relocate within the division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and commit to continual improvement.
• Drive revenue generation and growth, motivate the team and hold them accountable for results.
• Showcase operational skills with P&L management and growth investments.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies for vehicles.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach.
