Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Enrollment and Billing Operations teams, ensuring service levels are met and quality standards are maintained. You will recruit, develop, and supervise specialists to support program success within a healthcare-adjacent marketplace environment.

The role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve inquiries and drive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in operations or customer service leadership roles is preferred.
• Background in billing or processing financial transactions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items and manage staffing.
• Monitor performance to ensure SLA compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete tasks timely and accurately.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
