Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead enrollment and billing operations teams supporting the Massachusetts Connector program. The role focuses on meeting SLAs, ensuring compliance, and driving performance and accountability.

The supervisor will recruit, develop, and supervise Enrollment and Billing Operations Specialists, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide timely escalation response and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading operations or customer service teams in a supervisory role.
• Background in billing or processing financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items.
• Monitor employee performance for SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Respond to escalated inquiries professionally and timely.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff review.
