Job summary

Maximus is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to support the Massachusetts Connector program. The Operations Supervisor will lead operational teams responsible for member transaction processing and service request resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.

As a key contact for client operational matters, you will be accountable for meeting service-level commitments, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience required or equivalent combination.
• Leadership experience in operations or customer service roles.
• Experience with billing or processing financial transactions and compliance with SLA.

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items.
• Monitor employee performance for SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Respond to escalated inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff review.
