Job summary

Maximus is seeking a dynamic Operations Supervisor to lead the Massachusetts Connector program. You will oversee enrollment and billing operations teams, drive performance, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

The role requires coordinating with other departments, coaching staff, and producing regular reports. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years in operations or customer service leadership, with billing or financial processing experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in operations or customer service.
• Experience with billing or processing financial transactions.
• Strong customer service, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, plus computer proficiency.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with state-based marketplace, health plan or carrier operations.

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items and monitor performance.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to complete work timely and accurately.
• Respond to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional manner and produce regular reports.
