Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead enrollment and billing operations for the Massachusetts Connector program. You will supervise teams handling member transactions, service requests, and compliance with regulations and policies, while ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely SLA delivery.

You will recruit, develop, and supervise Enrollment and Billing Operations Specialists to support program success and continuously improve performance metrics across the operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 3+ years of professional experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading operational or customer service teams and achieving SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items and manage workload.
• Monitor employee performance for compliance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate completion of work.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports to drive performance.
• Respond to escalated inquiries and requests professionally and timely.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for staff review.
