Job summary

Maximus seeks a dynamic Operations Supervisor to lead enrollment and billing operations for the Massachusetts Connector program. You will direct transaction processing, resolve service requests, ensure SLA compliance, and act as a primary client contact.

The role includes recruiting and developing Enrollment and Billing Operations Specialists, coaching staff, and producing regular performance reports. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in operations or customer service leadership are required,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in operations or related field.
• Experience leading enrollment/billing operations and supervising staff.
• Experience with billing or processing financial transactions.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; healthcare/health plan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items and manage workload.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete work timely and accurately.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Respond to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports for staff and clients.
