Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead enrollment and billing operations teams supporting the Massachusetts Connector program. You will ensure service levels, quality standards, regulatory compliance, and program performance while mentoring Enrollment and Billing Operations Specialists.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of leadership in operations or customer service, plus experience with billing transactions and healthcare-related operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Leadership experience in operations or customer service.
• Experience with billing or processing financial transactions.
• Experience in healthcare environment or healthcare operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign day-to-day work items and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor employee performance for SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Coach, train, and develop direct reports.
• Respond to escalated inquiries professionally and timely.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff review.
