Job summary

Maximus is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the Enrollment and Billing Operations team supporting the Massachusetts Connector program. You will supervise member transactions, oversee service requests, and ensure compliance with regulations and policy while meeting service-level commitments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
Experience in operations or customer service leadership.
Background in billing or processing financial transactions.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Experience with state-based marketplaces or health plans.

Responsibilities

Assign day-to-day work items.
Monitor employee performance for SLA compliance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate work.
Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
Respond to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff review.
