Maximus is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the Massachusetts Connector program. You will oversee member transaction processing and service requests, ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes.

The role involves recruiting, developing, and supervising Enrollment and Billing Operations Specialists to support program success. As a key point of contact for the client, you will drive performance, accountability, and service-level commitments while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 3+ years of experience.
• Experience leading operations or customer service in a supervisory role.
• Experience with billing or processing financial transactions.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with state-based marketplace, health plan or carrier operations.

Aufgaben

• Assign day-to-day work items and monitor adherence to SLA.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
• Respond to escalated inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff and client leadership.
