Maximus is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Enrollment and Billing Operations under the Massachusetts Connector program. The role focuses on ensuring service levels, quality, and regulatory compliance while developing staff to deliver program goals.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in operations or customer service leadership, with a background in billing or financial processing and healthcare familiarity.
