You will recruit, develop, and supervise Enrollment and Billing Operations Specialists to support program success. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in operations or customer service, with experience in billing or financial processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations or customer service.
• Experience in billing or processing financial transactions.

Responsabilités

• Assign day-to-day work items and monitor performance against SLA.
• Lead, coach, train and counsel direct reports.
• Collaborate with other functions to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Respond to escalated inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports for staff review.
