Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is a nationwide home care provider helping seniors age in place with quality of care across 400+ locations. This role supports the Operating Director by leading in-office staff, overseeing scheduling, admin, and operations, and sharing on-call responsibilities with other managers.

Reporting to the Operating Director, the Assistant Operating Director will build a strong office team, ensure compliance with state standards, and enhance client experiences through smooth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree; may substitute degree with education/experience; two years’ admin/ sales/ customer service/ HR experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Valid proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage office personnel to ensure effective performance and alignment with standards.
• Liaise with Home Base; payroll notes, shift verification, and operations updates act as primary contact.
• Handle client escalations, conduct check-up calls, and complete quality visits for client satisfaction.
• Ensure state-required supervisory visits are conducted as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation; respond to client/caregiver/operations needs after hours.
• Backup for client assessments when Operations Director is unavailable.
