Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is a nationwide home care provider focused on aging in place with seniors in 400+ locations. The Assistant Operating Director will develop in-office staff, oversee scheduling, and manage administrative and operational tasks, sharing on-call duties with other managers.

The role requires strong leadership, sales development, and tech proficiency, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage client and staff relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree with education/experience; two years’ experience in admin/management within an office setting.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Valid state auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support office managers to ensure effective performance and alignment with company standards.
• Serve as liaison between office and Home Base for payroll notes, shift verification, and updates.
• Handle client escalations, conduct check-up calls, and complete quality visits.
• Ensure compliance with state-required supervisory visits.
• Participate in on-call rotation after hours as needed.
• Provide backup for client assessments when Operations Director is unavailable.
