Job summary

The Home Depot in New Jersey is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team. You will lead the Order Fulfillment team, ensure SOPs are followed, and drive operational excellence from inbound freight to receiving procedures.

You will train associates, coach performance, and support safety standards on a daily basis. You will perform MOD duties, balance daily keys, and coordinate with the Store Manager on talent planning and store readiness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to ensure orders are picked, staged, and loaded within SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Perform MOD duties and opening/closing responsibilities per SOPs.
• Support safety compliance and associate engagement to maintain a safe store environment.
