Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team, drive service excellence, and ensure store standards across inbound freight, receiving, and merchandising processes.

You will coach associates, manage performance, and support safety initiatives while acting as MOD to execute opening/closing procedures and daily priorities with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead D93 receiving and D94 order fulfillment workflows to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on company policies, safety procedures, and customer service.
• Perform Manager on Duty duties, including opening and closing tasks per SOPs and balancing registers.
• Assist with talent acquisition, interviews, and input to the Store Manager/ASM; monitor department staffing and attendance.
• Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and ensure compliance with hazmat procedures and SOPs.
