Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team and drive operational excellence. You will model service standards on the sales floor, coach associates, and ensure inbound freight and receiving SOPs are followed.

Responsibilities include talent acquisition input, performance coaching, safety training, and ensuring adherence to all SOPs during MOD duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on policies, safety, and customer service.
• Perform MOD duties with opening/closing, balance registers, and security SOP adherence.
• Audit inbound freight, receiving procedures, and perform hazmat/safety checks.
