Job summary

The Home Depot in Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to lead the Order Fulfillment team and uphold store standards for service, readiness, and processes.

You will coach associates, manage performance, and conduct daily safety checks while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience including management of people and retail operations.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of store safety standards and SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach associates on company policies, safety, and customer service while driving performance.
• Enforce safety procedures and hazmat guidelines, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Open/close operations and run daily store readiness and team alignment with SOPs.
