Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager to lead the Order Fulfillment team on the store floor, ensuring accurate picking, staging, and loading, while upholding service standards and SOPs. You will coach associates, participate in staffing decisions, and perform MOD duties with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Focus areas include customer service leadership, shrink action planning, and adherence to inbound freight processes to deliver a seamless shopping experience

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• 2+ years of management experience in retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach and train associates on policies, safety, and customer service; ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform MOD duties with opening/closing responsibilities and balance registers according to SOPs.
• Participate in talent planning, recruitment input, and performance coaching for department staff.
