Job summary

The Home Depot in South Attleboro, MA is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team. You will lead the Order Fulfillment group, ensure receiving and staging meet SLAs, and coach associates on customer service, safety, and SOP adherence.

In this role you will perform MOD duties, open/close shifts, manage daily priorities, and drive operational excellence through audits and process improvements while maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Lead and coach associates while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Champion customer service leadership and ensure order fulfillment workflows meet SLAs.
• Recruit, train, and coach team; monitor staffing and attendance.
• Enforce safety policies, conduct hazard checks, and ensure PPE usage.
• Open/close operations, lead daily walkthroughs, and align store priorities.
