Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will lead the Order Fulfillment group, drive best practices for picking, staging, and loading, and ensure SOP adherence across receiving and inbound freight processes.

You will also perform Manager on Duty duties, coach and train associates, and champion safety standards while working with Store leadership to meet service level goals and operational targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 1 year of relevant work experience, including management of people and retail operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team and execute store standards for customer service, department readiness, and operations.
• Perform Manager on Duty (MOD) duties, including opening/closing and policy adherence.
• Coach and train associates on policies, safety, and service while driving performance and engagement.
• Oversee safety compliance, training, and implementation of Shrink Action Plans within areas of responsibility.
