Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) to join the store leadership team in Hurricane, MS. You will lead the Order Fulfillment team, ensuring efficient picking, staging, and loading, while maintaining SOP adherence and a safe working environment.

You will coach associates on policy, safety procedures, and customer service, participate in talent planning, and perform MOD duties with strict adherence to SOPs and timekeeping policies.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and training associates on customer service and safety procedures.
• Ability to lead and train on SOPs, timekeeping and break policies.
• Familiarity with store operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Order Fulfillment team to ensure orders are received, picked, and staged within SLAs.
• Coach and develop associates on policies, safety, and customer service; assist with staffing and performance observations.
• Enforce hazmat procedures, operate as MOD for opening/closing, and ensure daily SOP compliance.
