Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an Operations Experience Manager (Ops XM) in Town of New Hartford, NY. This role leads the Order Fulfillment team, enforcing SOPs for receiving, picking, staging, and loading to deliver an excellent interconnected experience.

You will coach associates on safety, company policies, and customer service, while performing MOD duties and supporting recruitment and performance development. This role emphasizes safety, shop readiness, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing store associates.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and company policies.
• Ability to lead and train in fulfillment and safety SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30% Customer Service/Experience: model proper techniques and coach on the sales floor.
• Oversee fulfillment operations: direct receiving and order fulfillment to meet SLAs.
• Perform Opening & Closing Operations with security and balance of registers.
• Support safety by enforcing hazmat procedures and PPE usage.
