NTT DATA Services is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on support for end users in a fast-paced environment at Bay Minette, AL. You’ll troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers, and resolve hardware and software issues while delivering a positive user experience.

The role requires strong Windows troubleshooting, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of desktop and/or end-user support experience.
• Experience with Windows operating system environments.
• Troubleshooting across desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, notebooks, printers, and related equipment.
• Perform hardware repairs, parts replacement, system upgrades, deployments, and device configuration.
• Identify potential technical issues that could negatively impact the end-user experience and take appropriate corrective action.
• Manage, update, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner to meet established service levels.
• Apply established policies and procedures while exercising independent judgment when addressing non-routine issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for less experienced team members as needed.
• Recommend process or policy improvements to management based on recurring issues or support trends.
• Provide after-hours support when required and as directed by leadership.
