Job summary

NTT DATA Deutschland is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. You will perform troubleshooting, deployments, and repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers while ensuring strong client service and timely response to end-user needs.

The role requires 2–4 years of desktop support experience, solid Windows OS knowledge, and a High School Diploma or equivalent (an undergraduate degree is preferred). Some travel, including overnight trips, may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of desktop support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; undergraduate coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers.
• Respond to support calls and escalate as needed.
• Identify issues impacting end-user experience and take corrective action.
• May require travel including overnight trips.
• May work after hours per leader instructions.
• Maintain excellent client service.
