NTT DATA seeks a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The role focuses on desktop and printer troubleshooting, deployments, and basic system upgrades, with potential after-hours calls as needed.

Candidate should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, Windows OS expertise, and a valid driver’s license for travel. Some college coursework and A+ certification are preferred.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Undergraduate degree or some college coursework preferred.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set is required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
• Must have reliable personal transportation (Automobile)

Responsabilidades

• Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops / notebooks/ printers.
• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end user experience and takes corrective action.
• May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions.
• May be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
• Provides policy recommendations to managers and be an escalation point for less experienced team members.
