Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Neptune Township, New Jersey. The role focuses on on-site desktop and peripheral support, IMAC tasks, and break/fix activities for a strategic client, with rotating on-call and occasional weekend support.

You will provide in-person, phone, email, and video-based assistance, ensuring high customer satisfaction and effective connectivity across devices and software environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of desktop support experience.
• Hands-on experience with workstation hardware and components.

Responsibilities

• Configure and repair desktop/notebook equipment and peripherals.
• Provide on-site end-user support for computing functionality and diagnostics.
• Advise on preventive maintenance and configurations impacting performance.
• Diagnose and resolve product performance issues using advanced tools.
• Perform break/fix hardware and software tasks on desktops, laptops, and printers.
• IMAC activities including installation and maintenance.
• Manage tickets and workload using the ticketing system.
• Lift and move hardware as needed.
