Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US). You will ensure daily operation of technology applications and equipment and provide deskside assistance to end users.

Responsibilities include MAC-related tasks, ticketing in ServiceNow, and collaborating with IT peers to resolve issues quickly. 4+ years in end-user/desktop support and strong Windows/network skills required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with end user support and desktop support.
• 4+ years of experience with Windows operating system, local/network installation, Internet Explorer, TCP/IP, DHCP, Device Manager, Registry Editor, User Manager and/or Admin Commands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper day-to-day operation of technology applications and equipment by identifying, researching and resolving technical problems.
• Provide deskside assistance to resolve technology issues and transfer knowledge to end users on a variety of computer-related issues.
• Perform scheduled moves, installations, and cancellations, including MAC-related tasks.
• Provide Level II support with high customer satisfaction, escalating when needed and coordinating with IT staff.
