Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking a Desktop support-Windows operating system specialist to join our team in Warren, Ohio, on-site at the client office. This full-time position requires 3+ years of desktops/deskside experience and strong Windows OS knowledge.

Expect to handle hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining SLAs and customer satisfaction. The role involves daily ITSM ticketing, device maintenance, and end-user interactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in desktop or deskside support.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
• A+ or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Perform general preventive maintenance on hardware and devices.
• Diagnose and resolve software, OS, and network issues.
• Interact with end users to explain resolutions and provide progress updates.
• Respond promptly to inquiries while meeting SLAs.
• Manage daily incident/requests queue in ITSM with notes.
