Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a Deskside Support Technician in Alpharetta, GA to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of technology, provide deskside assistance, and perform moves, installs and MAC-related tasks.

The role requires 4+ years of end-user and desktop support, Windows OS proficiency, and the ability to deliver strong customer satisfaction. On-site work at client location with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with end user and desktop support.
• Experience with Windows OS, local/network install, Internet Explorer, TCP/IP, DHCP, Device Manager, Registry, User Manager or Admin Commands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of technology apps and equipment by identifying and resolving problems.
• Provide deskside assistance and knowledge transfer to end users on computer issues.
• Perform moves, installs and cancellations, including MAC-related tasks.
• Deliver level II support with strong customer satisfaction and escalate when needed.
• Use ServiceNow for ticket tracking and ensure tickets meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with IT teams to restore service and fix root causes.
• Develop improvements to processes and SOPs.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Provide technology refresh support.
• All other tasks as assigned.
