Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant desktop support experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environments.
• A+ desktop or equivalent skill set required.
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops/notebooks/printers.
• Responds to calls after normal business hours as directed by leadership.
• Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact end-user experience and takes corrective action.
