Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification, and drive turnover activities from pre-commissioning through CQV handover, aligned with the P6 schedule.

You’ll read P&ID's, line diagrams, and CSA drawings, standardize turnover programs across sites, and collaborate with construction, CQV, and client personnel to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related engineering.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech or Data Center projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to close punch lists.
• Onsite for the duration of the work; OSHA 10; GDP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team and coordinate field verification and documentation on active construction sites.
• Drive turnover activities, including pre-commissioning, testing, and documentation to CQV.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites and align with P6 schedule.
• Read P&ID's, line diagrams, panel layouts and CSA drawings for system scope.
