Job summary

Jacobs in Robstown, TX is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project. You will lead a diverse team, oversee field verification, manage turnover activities, and coordinate with construction, CQV, and project controls to ensure timely completion and handover of facilities.

You will read P&ID drawings, line diagrams, and CSA layouts, standardize turnover programs across sites, and maintain strict adherence to testing and documentation standards as the project progresses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology projects, Data Center projects or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Experience in a supervisory role with cross-discipline coordination.
• Onsite work for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Coordinate walkdowns and guide teams through punch list closure with subcontractors and clients.
• Collaborate with field Quality and subcontractors to ensure testing and documentation requirements are met.
• Assemble turnover packages and coordinate with CQV for final turnover per the P6 schedule.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites for consistent processes and quality.
