Job summary

Jacobs is hiring a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification and documentation, and drive turnover activities from construction to CQV, aligning with the P6 schedule and project controls.

The role requires 6+ years of turnover experience on pharma/biotech or data center projects, ability to read P&IDs and drawings, and proven cross-discipline coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related engineering field.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology or data center projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Supervisory experience with cross-discipline coordination.
• Onsite availability for duration of project and OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Lead walkdowns and coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and CQV teams.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites and align with P6 schedule.
• Read P&IDs, line diagrams, panel layouts, and CSA drawings for scope requirements.
• Drive timely turnover of facilities, systems, and equipment to clients.
