Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team through field verification, documentation, and turnover of systems, guiding multi-disciplinary walkthroughs, punch lists, and pre-commissioning activities on an active construction site.

You will coordinate with CQV and client teams, read P&IDs and drawings, and drive standardized turnover programs across sites while aligning with the project schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech, Data Center projects or equivalent
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure
• Experience in a supervisory role with cross-discipline coordination
• On-site work requiring PPE, stairs traversal, and physical exertion
• OSHA 10 Certification; familiarity with GDP requirements
• Experience implementing turnover programs across multiple sites
• Ability to standardize processes across locations
• Travel between project sites to provide oversight
• Ability to read P&ID’s, line diagrams, and CSA drawings

Responsibilities

• Lead turnover activities and ensure timely completion of pre-commissioning tasks
• Coordinate with construction, CQV, and client teams to define system boundaries
• Review P&IDs, lines, and drawings to support turnover planning
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites
• Ensure documentation and quality standards meet GDP/QA requirements
