Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate field verification, and oversee turnover activities from construction through to CQV readiness, ensuring adherence to testing and documentation requirements.

You will read P&ID drawings, CSA diagrams, and line drawings, standardize turnover programs across sites, and collaborate with construction quality teams to deliver timely turnover packages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech or Data Center projects.
• Experience leading site walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients.
• Onsite availability for the project duration.
• OSHA 10 certification; GDP familiarity.
• Experience standardizing turnover programs across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead field verification and documentation during turnover.
• Coordinate with construction, CQV, and client teams for turnover.
• Ensure testing, pre-commissioning activities, and turnover packages.
• Utilize ACC platform for punchlists and reviews.
• Align with project controls for final turnover to CQV per the schedule.
• Read P&ID, line diagrams, CSA drawings, and related docs.
