Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will manage a diverse team, lead field verification, and coordinate turnover activities, ensuring adherence to testing, documentation, and pre-commissioning tasks.

You will read P&IDs and drawings, coordinate with subcontractors and clients, and drive turnover programs across sites while aligning with the CQV and P6 schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction-related field.
• 6+ years of construction turnover experience on pharma/biotech or data center projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Experience in supervisory roles with cross-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field verification and documentation of installed systems.
• Lead walkdown activities on active construction sites and guide personnel.
• Oversee turnover packages and ensure testing/documentation requirements are met.
• Collaborate with CQV, project controls, and construction teams for turnover planning.
• Standardize turnover programs across multiple sites and ensure quality.
