Jacobs seeks a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team, manage field verification, and drive turnover activities across multi-disciplinary systems, ensuring alignment with testing and documentation requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with CQV, resolving issues from walkdowns, and standardizing turnover programs across sites. Extensive onsite presence and strong supervisory experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field of construction
• 6+ years of Turnover experience on Pharma/Bio/Data Center projects or similar
• Experience leading walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to drive punch list closure
• Experience in a supervisory role with cross-discipline coordination
• Ability to spend continuous hours on an active construction site with PPE
• Onsite for the duration of the work
• OSHA 10 Certification and familiarity with GDP requirements
• Experience standardizing turnover programs across multiple sites
• Ability to coordinate multi-site teams for consistent deliverables
• Willingness to travel between project sites for oversight

Responsabilidades

• Lead field verification and documentation for installed systems on active construction sites.
• Direct walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to close punch lists.
• Coordinate with construction, CQV, and project controls to plan turnover of facilities.
• Assemble turnover packages and ensure testing and documentation meet requirements.
• Facilitate final turnover of systems to CQV per P6 schedule.
