Jacobs seeks a Turnover Manager for an onsite role at our data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team through field verifications, P&ID walkthroughs, and turnover package assembly, coordinating with CQV and project controls to deliver complete systems on time.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotechnology projects, Data Center projects or equivalent.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Onsite availability for the duration of this work; OSHA 10 certification and GDP familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead field verification and documentation of systems installed by Construction.
• Coordinate turnover activities and ensure adherence to testing and documentation requirements.
• Read P&ID's, line diagrams and CSA drawings; standardize turnover programs across sites.
