Jacobs seeks a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead field verification, documentation, and turnover activities, coordinating with construction, CQV, and client teams to ensure timely completion.

You will read P&IDs and drawings, standardize turnover processes across sites, and drive quality and safety on a fast-paced construction site, with opportunities to advance within Jacobs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or Eng or equivalent.
• 6+ years turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech or DC projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients.
• Supervisory role with cross-discipline coordination.
• Onsite work with PPE and physical exertion.
• Onsite for duration of work.
• OSHA 10 certification; GDP familiarity.
• Turnover programs across multiple sites.
• Standardize processes across locations.
• Travel between project sites for oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse team during field verification and documentation.
• Lead walkdowns and guide personnel through the scope.
• Coordinate with field Quality and subcontractors on testing and documentation.
• Coordinate turnover to CQV and handover to clients per P6 schedule.
• Utilize ACC platform for punchlists, testing reviews, and turnover packages.
• Develop and implement turnover programs across sites.
