Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for an onsite data center project in Robstown, TX. You will lead a diverse team through field verification and documentation, guiding walkdowns and ensuring turnover readiness with CQV.

Interaction with construction, CQV, and client teams is essential for successful pre-commissioning and final turnover. You will read P&ID’s, line diagrams, and CSA drawings, standardize turnover programs across sites, and maintain strong cross-disciplinary coordination to meet

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years turnover experience on pharma/biotech or data center projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with subcontractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Supervisory experience with cross-discipline coordination.
• Onsite work readiness and ability to spend long hours on active construction sites.
• Onsite presence for the duration of the project.
• OSHA 10 and GDP familiarity.
• Experience rolling out turnover programs across multiple sites.
• Ability to standardize processes across locations.
• Experience traveling between project sites for oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a diverse team and coordinate field verification and documentation of systems.
• Direct walkdowns on active construction sites and guide stakeholders through scope.
• Collaborate with field Quality, subcontractors, and clients to ensure testing and documentation.
• Use ACC platform for punchlist entry, testing reviews, and turnover packages.
• Develop a planned, documented turnover path to CQV per the P6 schedule.
