Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Turnover Manager for a data center project on site in Robstown, TX. Lead a diverse team through field verification, documentation, and turnover activities for multi-disciplinary systems, coordinating with CQV and construction teams to ensure timely completion and turnover packages.

The role requires 6+ years in turnover, strong cross-discipline coordination, and the ability to read P&IDs and diagrams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Construction Turnover experience on Pharma/Biotech, Data Center or equivalent projects.
• Experience leading walkdowns with sub-contractors and clients to drive punch list closure.
• Experience in a supervisory role with cross-discipline coordination.
• Onsite work with PPE; able to spend long hours on active construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse team and coordinate field verification and documentation of installed systems.
• Lead walkdowns and guide personnel through multi-disciplinary system scopes.
• Ensure adherence to testing and documentation requirements and complete pre-commissioning activities.
• Utilize ACC for punchlist entry, testing reviews, and turnover package assembly.
• Coordinate with construction, CQV, and project controls for turnover to the CQV team per the P6 schedule.
