Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York seeks a Technology Support Analyst to provide advanced technical assistance for a range of systems within the local office. This onsite role supports software, hardware, network services, audio visual, and security systems, with a focus on delivering superior client service and rapid problem resolution.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Citrix, Windows and macOS, mobile devices, and document technologies, plus strong

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years related work experience with 2 years specialized technical training.
Knowledge of Citrix, Windows and macOS environments.
Experience with NetDocuments and Litera Compare.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Mansioni

Provide technology support to the New York office for software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, mobile and remote services, audio visual, telephone and security systems.
Respond to local and central helpline, support tickets and email, log calls and resolve or escalate issues.
Assist with remote site access and office technology setup requirements.
Maintain inventory and data room components; ensure security best practices.
Collaborate with local colleagues and central resources to deliver high-quality support.
