Job summary

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York seeks a Technology Support Analyst to provide onsite technology support for software, hardware, infrastructure, network services, mobile and AV systems. The role reports to Senior Technology Support Analyst, Technology Support Supervisor, Technology Manager, and Regional Technology Support Manager.

Responsibilities include incident response, Citrix and application support, hardware installation, asset management, and user training.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of three years of related work experience, inclusive of two years of specialized technical training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Responds to local and central telephone helpline and supports tickets and emails, logs calls, and escalates as needed.
Provides application support for local installations and Citrix-based applications.
Assembles, installs, configures, tests, images, troubleshoots and repairs hardware and peripherals.
Offers guidance on technology allowances for attorneys.
Maintains inventory records and supports on-site equipment and security practices.
