Job summary

Skadden in New York is seeking four Junior Technology Support Analysts to provide on-site IT support for software, hardware, network services, and mobility. The role requires handling phones, tickets, and emails, with hardware setup, AV support, and Citrix-based application assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• At least one year of related IT support experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hardware and software support for the New York office.
• Respond to local and central help lines, tickets, and emails; log and escalate as needed.
• Support laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices; assist with audio-visual setups.
• Assist with Citrix-based application support and end-user training.
• Maintain security best practices and contribute to office technology policies.
